When you have successfully placed your order, we will confirm your order by email. A contract does not exist between us, until we have emailed your invoice. We have included this term in case a mistake has been made in pricing or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In both cases, we will always contact you before processing your order any further.

Postage is £2.50 flat rate charge when sent to a UK mainland address, no matter how many items you purchase on your order. Customers outside this area will be emailed with details of shipping costs. We aim to dispatch your order within 2 business days unless stated otherwise in the product information.

Taxable items have 17.5% VAT (sales tax) added. In some instances, when buying in multiples of 2 of the same item, VAT will be rounded up by 1p.

Any credit card details you entered are transmitted over a secure(SSL) link and stored using 128-bit encryption.

Returns

Please inspect all items immediately. If you are not fully satisfied with your goods in any way, you can return the items unused, unworn or unwashed within 14 days to exchange or receive a refund. Please note we are not responsible for return postage unless goods are faulty. When returning goods please complete the return form included with your order and obtain proof of postage certificate from your Post Office as we can not be held responsible for parcels lost on return to us.
